Getting Started with the Freshservice Support Portal
Log into the Freshservice portal to submit new tickets and service requests. You can also check on the status of outstanding tickets and requests that were submitted by you or on your behalf.
Open your web browser and navigate to the Freshservice portal by typing the web address into the address bar: support.jolo.com.
When you are at the home page, click Login:

You will then be redirected to a sign-in page. Click Sign in with Microsoft:

Complete the Microsoft sign-in process:
Step 1: Enter your email address
Step 2: Enter your email password
Step 3: Approve the sign-in request
Step 4: Check the Don’t show this again checkbox, then click Yes




Once you have successfully logged in, you will arrive at the Freshservice portal homepage, once again.
This time, you will see your initials at the top right, as well as the options below:

To submit a new ticket, click Something not working? Click here to submit a ticket button.

Additionally, you can submit a Service Request by clicking on the
Service Requests button.
